ቃል ሐሳብን ይቀርጻል፤ ሐሳብ ደግሞ ዓለምን ይለውጣል። ንግግሮች የጊዜን ወሰን ሰብረው፣ ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ የሚሻገሩ የሕዝቦች የማንነት ማኅተምና የዘመን ምስክር ናቸው። በመሪዎች መነጽር ሲታይ ቃል ቀላል ድምፅ ሳይሆን፣ ታሪክን የሚወስን፣ ማኅበረሰብን የሚቀይር እና ሀገርን የሚገነባ የኃይል ምንጭ ነው። በመሪዎች ቃል ውስጥ ህዝብ የሀገርን ተስፋና የመሪዎቹን ርዕይ እንዲቃኝ ያስችላል።
በኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ጽ/ቤት አዘጋጅነት የክቡር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድ(ዶ/ር) ከ2017 እስከ 2018 ዓ.ም ያደረጓቸውን ንግግሮች እና ያስተላለፏቸውን መልዕክቶች ዳግም «ከመስከረም እስከ መስከረም» በተሰኘው መጽሐፍ 8ተኛ ቅጽ በይፋ ለአንባቢያን ቀርቧል።
